Washington, DC is the national home of One on One Basketball, Inc. From its early beginnings of individual instruction in 1991 to running camps, clinics, and skills classes, One on One is now widespread throughout the DC Metropolitan area (DC,VA,MD). It is the birthplace of After School Hoops®, which is now featured in over 30 elementary schools in the area. Winter Basketball League for 5, 6, & 7 year olds
Does your child have an interest in basketball? If so join One on One Basketball this winter for a fun instructional and developmental program.
Where: The Lab School of Washington
(intersection of MacArthur & Reservoir)
Day: Saturdays
Times: U6 - 8am -12pm
U7 - 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Dates: December 13 - March 14
Ages: 5, 6, & 7 years old Boys & Girls
Register as a Team (8 players) or Individual
The goal of this program is to introduce participants to the sport of basketball and teach them the rules and basic fundamentals of the game. We recognize that a child’s first experience with something new has to be a positive one. One on One will provide a fun, low pressure environment where young players can begin to learn about the sport but most importantly have fun. We provide the coaches.
The U6 Winter Basketball League is for 5 & 6 year olds and designed to introduce participants to the sport of basketball and teach them the rules and basic fundamentals of the game.
The U7 Winter Basketball League is for advanced 6 year olds & 7 year olds. The league will follow a similar format to U6 but will focus on more game play.

One on One Basketball first overnight basketball camps
Thanks to everyone that participated in One on One Summer Camps this year. Our Overnight Camp was a big success and will definitely be back again next year. We hope all camp participants have a good school year and we look forward to working with you again in a program soon.
One on One brings the NBA to Syracuse.
In conjunction with our launch of programs in an Syracuse area One on One is bringing the Denver Nuggets to play the Phoenix Suns in NBA exhibition game. The game will take place in the Carrier Dome on Friday October 17th. The game will feature Carmelo Anthony's return to Syracuse along with star players Allen Iverson vs. Steve Nash, Shaquille O'Neal, & Amare Stoudemire
