Arthur Jackson- President

Brown University, 1990 B.A Business Economics / Bowling Green State University M.E. Sports Management.

Arthur has experienced success at every level of his basketball career. At Brown University, he co-captained the team during his senior year and was named All New England. After college, Arthur played for the Amsterdam Canadians in the top Division of the Netherlands Basketball League. Upon his return, Arthur served as an assistant basketball coach at Bowling Green State University where he received his Masters Degree in Education.

Arthur was a head coach at the inaugural World Scholar Athlete Games and he is a member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches. He continues to play in international tournaments as well as leagues throughout the Washington metropolitan area. His experience both as a player and as a coach are tremendous assets to the One on One Basketball program.

Neil Phillips

Harvard University, 1989 B.A. English and American Literature.

Neil has had an illustrious career at the high school, college, and professional levels. At Harvard University, Neil received All Ivy League honors in three seasons, was named Team MVP twice, and co-captained the team his senior year. Upon graduating, he was named Harvard's Athlete of the Year. After college, Neil played professionally for the Kilsyth Cobras in the Continental Basketball Association of Australia. Upon his return, he spent two years with Advantage International as an NBA player representative. Neil was a member of the Jamaican National Team, captaining the team in the 1998 Caribbean Championships, and is active as a player on touring teams both in the United States and abroad. Over the past several years, Neil has served as a board member on several Washington area youth charities and as a board member of the Positive Coaching Alliance. His extensive and varied basketball background has afforded him a wealth of basketball experience as a player and as a teacher of the game. Currently, Neil is Head of Upper School at The Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland.
